Shipping Policy

Shipping will take 5-7 business days and is free for all of our pre-order customers! (U.S. Only)
We do have International shipping options available at a discount as well.
Due to the volatile nature of the shipping industry, be aware that delays in shipping may occur.

If you would like to return or refund your purchase please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label to send your unused BobTails back.
You will receive your refund to your payment method upon our receipt of your BobTails.
Any items that have been connected to a urostomy bag for any period of time are not elgible for returns
